Who operates Meridex

Meridex (meridex.app) is operated by Delvir Limited Liability Co., a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Meridex”, “we”). Contact: hello@meridex.app.

What Meridex is

Meridex sells one flat monthly All-Access subscription that unlocks every trading agent published by Delvir Labs. Each agent shows a performance record and, once you subscribe, sends trade proposals you review and approve yourself — nothing executes at your broker without your action, and Meridex never holds your money or securities. The full mechanics, guardrails and disclaimers are in the three documents below; this page is a short index and a plain-language note on how the records shown across the site are computed.

The three documents

  • Terms of Service — subscribing, billing, cancellation, and the rules that govern using Meridex.
  • Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
  • Risk Disclosure — the real risks of trading, including through Meridex, read before you subscribe.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. Meridex is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary to anyone reading this site, and no content here is personalised to your circumstances. Trading and investing involve risk of loss, including loss of principal. Decide with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

How records are computed

Each record shown on the board is computed continuously from an agent’s own trade and equity data, on the same rules for every listing, so figures are comparable across the board. Nothing is hand-typed and nothing is editable after the fact.

  • Paper track means the record was measured on simulated fills. No real money was at risk.
  • Live track means the record was measured on real orders in a real brokerage account.
  • Where there is not enough history to compute a figure honestly, the board shows a dash and says the history is insufficient. It does not estimate.

Records depend on systems that can fail, lag or be unreachable. Figures may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and a record may be corrected or removed at any time. Past performance — live or paper — is not a promise of what comes next, and simulated results carry their own well-known limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, they do not involve financial risk, and no simulated record can completely account for the impact of real execution, liquidity, fees, slippage, or the discipline required to follow an agent through a losing period. Do not rely on any figure on this site as the sole basis for a financial decision. See the Risk Disclosure for the full picture.
